Founded in 1972 as an engineering software company, CSI has grown steadily over the years as an innovator in software solutions development. The company consists of an experienced team of application software designers, developers and support personnel, which include expertise in software engineering, hardware components and operating systems. This team has been successful in implementing demanding projects by delivering and supporting working solutions.
One of our early products was a manufacturing process control software solution for made to order manufacturers. This product, known as Job Shop Manager™ (JSM), was well received in the market. JSM remains a successful business unit of Coordinated Systems, Inc.
Our continued quest over the years to stay abreast of the latest technology innovations taking place in the digital world allowed us to consistently develop and sell state-of-the-art solutions to include accounting, inventory and bar code data collection systems.
In the early nineties, with an ever open eye for new ideas, an opportunity was brought to us to develop a quality monitoring solution for call centers. Prior to our foray into this development, we reviewed the offerings available in the industry, and found most to be of a proprietary nature that demanded hefty initial sale and supportive costs. We felt there was a better way - as with all of our development, we used open standards and kept our processes simple, effectice and affordable.
