Virtual Observer Call Recording Solution Now Rated “Avaya Aura Compliant”

Coordinated Systems, Inc. (CSI), a leading call recording solution provider, today announced that its Virtual Observer is compliant with Avaya Aura(TM) Communication Manager 6.0 and Avaya Aura™ Application Enablement Services 5.2.2. from Avaya Inc., a global leader in enterprise communications systems, software and services.

Virtual Observer helps call centers optimize quality assurance processes, leveraging call recording, quality monitoring and speech analytics tools to deliver complete quality optimization.

As a Gold member of the program, CSI is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. There, a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant. Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure-speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
