Call Center Quality Assurance Solution Firm Redesigns Website

Coordinated Systems, Inc. (CSI) , a leading provider of call center quality assurance solutions, proudly announces the release of http://www.csiworld.com, which delivers more in-depth content, usability, interactivity and customer service. This release coincides with an overhaul of marketing literature and an upgrade of Virtual Observer, a leading call center call recording solution.

Virtual Observer (VO) is in its' 3.0 release, and includes random sample call recording, screen capture and evaluation in the professional version.

The new site's dramatic cosmetic makeover is secondary to the emphasis on presenting the features of Virtual Observer in a user friendly manner. The revamped site features a flash-based "build a solution" wizard that takes potential customers through a step-by-step process to determine which version of Virtual Observer is best for them.

Live web chat allows prospects to get immediate response from CSI's sales or support staff. A quick contact form is also available on every page for those who don't have time to go through the build a solution wizard, or for those who prefer not to call or chat. Printable versions of every page are available for those who may want to take info on the go.

All of the contact forms automatically feed data to CSI's customer relationship management (crm) solution, allowing sales reps faster response time, saving them the effort of having to key in contact details. Support inquiries are also automatically fed to the crm, creating a support ticket. Even with all of the automation, throughout the site you will find an emphasis on the fact that "someone will always answer the phone".

The website offers an internal search engine. The search engine is designed with the external search engines in mind. The search engine optimization process will be underway during November. As the pages are optimized, the relevancy of the internal search engine results will likewise improve.

Despite all of the new features and content available on the website, much more is planned. "Phase 2" will provide customers and partners the ability to securely log in and retrieve or update important information.
