Mitel Call Recording Solutions

Virtual Observer (VO) supports recording technologies for many models of Mitel phone systems.

VO connects using several different methods, including:

- selective recording through analog service observe
- 100% recording through extension side tapping
- 100% recording through trunk or t1 tapping
- 100% recording or selective VoIP recording
- 100% recording or selective VoIP recording through MITAI direct integration

Supported models include:

Mitel 3300 MX/LX (Voip)
Mitel SX2000, SX200
